Where legal representation is required — including USPTO requirements for foreign-domiciled applicants — such representation is provided exclusively by independent, licensed U.S. counsel engaged separately.

- All case information, trademark data, and correspondence is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your mandate
- Information is shared with third parties only to the extent strictly necessary to execute your mandate — specifically with our licensed U.S. counsel partner for Path B filings, and with the USPTO as part of the filing itself
- Case information is not used for marketing purposes, is not sold, and is not shared with any party not involved in your case
- Your complete case file is maintained throughout and is accessible only in connection with your mandate
This confidentiality commitment applies independently of the fact that no attorney-client relationship exists between you and VilinQ.
